Capacity Building

DAO utilizes methodological guidelines to mainly develop staff capacity, sustain its position in the line of Regional partners. DAO intends to build the capacity of its staff in order to enhance their skills in team building, project implementation, marketing, design and to ensure the sustainability of the organization. This part of organization's activity is to empower DAO's employees through training, orientations, on job trainings, technical assistance, enabling them to smoothly implement the relavant projects undertaken by the organization in different provinces of the country. DAO has identified staff capacity building gaps as part of the organizational capacity building strategy to improve overall productivity, motivate its empoyees, deliever high quality of services, create on going commitment to bring innovation and to bring improvement in service delivery system.

  • Provide effective state of leadership for capacity building.
  • Familiarize staff with all the programs and services available, based on the operation of the management.
  • Train managers with new skills so that they could better impliment their projects.
  • Encourage proper coordination among the field and HQ personnel.
